Results

After four weeks of treatment with nimodipine or placebo, Mathew's scale score improved significantly (p < 0.001) in both groups, but the difference in mean score between the two groups was insignificant (p > 0.05). A significant difference (p < 0.05) was noted in the relative change in neurological deficit (mean X-value) between the two groups.
