In this study the investigators will examine the efficacy of (1) navigated excitatory repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (nerTMS) and (2) a combination of nerTMS and constraint induced aphasia therapy (CIAT) as post-stroke aphasia rehabilitation methods.
