This is a multicenter, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study designed to compare Botulinum Toxin Type A for Injection (HengLiĀ®) with placebo on the efficacy and safety of treatment in post-stroke subjects with focal wrist, finger and in some cases, thumb spasticity.
