| CT Learning Tool Case 10 (1) This 41-year-old woman with a history of metastatic ovarian cancer and bacterial endocarditis presented approximately 6 hours after the onset of left hemiparesis. About 6 months previously, she had an episode of left facial droop which resolved. Her neurologic examination today demonstrated no strength in the left arm and a 2 out of 5 strength in the left leg muscle groups. A CT scan was performed. |
